In this series of consulting interactions I acted as product manager, user experience designer and project manager for a variety of web-based banking, credit card, self-service, portfolio, retirement, content management, and Search applications on an online brokerage site. Responsibilities included defining detailed business and functional requirements; overall business-side project management, with responsibility for product implementation and coordination with vendors, technical, business and marketing partners.
Information Architect / Development Manager: Financial Services
I created the information architecture for and managed development of several subsite redesigns on an insitutional investment firm's internal and customer-facing sites.
Web Property Owner: Credit Card Industry
From 1997 - 1999, designed and managed the Y2K intranet site for global systems staff of an international firm.
Training Specialist / Project Coordinator: Credit Card Industry
From 1994 - 1997 I developed training materials for Member Banks surrounding semi-annual EDI changes. I was also project coordinator and performed various pricing analyses.
